The studio

One team,
your home,
start to finish.

Double-height living room with terracotta sectional sofas, a woven pendant lamp, and a mezzanine landing above with a glass balustrade.

Wellcraft Spaces was founded in Bangalore in 2019 on a simple frustration: the gap between a beautiful drawing and a finished room is where most homes are lost.

So we closed it. Design, production, installation and site execution all sit under one roof. The person who draws your kitchen is in the same conversation as the people making it and the people fitting it. There is no handover for a detail to fall through.

How a home gets made

  1. 01

    Understanding

We walk the space and we listen. How you cook, who visits, where the morning light lands, what you already own and refuse to part with.

  2. 02

    Design

Mood boards, then drawings, then realistic 3D views — so you see the room before it exists. Nothing moves until you have held the actual material samples.

  3. 03

    Making

Every modular piece is cut to precision in the factory, then assembled and fitted on site by our own team, using hardware and finishes from the best brands.

  4. 04

    Execution

Civil work, services, installation and styling, run by our own site team, on one schedule, through one point of contact.

Fifty-odd decisions a week, from first sketch to last handle, all pointing the same way.
